Return window

You can return your Danny and Mary order within 30 days after receiving it, no questions asked.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours after placing it by emailing support@dannyandmary.com.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and can no longer be cancelled. You may still return it after it arrives.

What condition must the item be in?

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that have been worn or used, or that are missing their original packaging, cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made products, sealed hygiene products with a broken seal, and gift cards.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Estimated return shipping costs range from $5 to $20 USD, depending on your location and the carrier you choose.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, Danny and Mary will cover the full return shipping cost.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. Danny and Mary does not charge restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged, what now?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact Danny and Mary within 30 days after receiving your order.

We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, Danny and Mary will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, an additional 3 to 5 business days may be needed before the refund appears on your statement.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be granted in certain circumstances, such as when an item is returned with minor signs of use or without its original packaging.

We will always contact you before processing a partial refund.
